What happens if I exceed my lead cap?

The bot processes leads up to your cap; new leads beyond that wait until existing ones close or you upgrade. No surprise overage fees.

How does the Anthropic spend cap work?

Each plan includes a monthly cap on Anthropic API usage (e.g. $100/mo on Standard). The bot stops generating replies if it would exceed this, surfacing a notification on your dashboard. You can raise it anytime.

Do you offer a free trial?

We onboard concierge-style — every new customer gets a 30-minute setup call where we configure the bot against your Close.com account. The first 14 days are billed but fully refundable if it isn't a fit.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What if I cancel?

Cancel from the dashboard anytime. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your dashboard becomes read-only — historical data stays accessible. No refunds on partial months. Full details in our refund policy.

How is my data handled?

Conversation data lives in our Railway-hosted database, encrypted at rest. We're the data controller for the conversation history we mirror from your Close.com account. See our privacy policy for details.
